Tracking codes will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the time frames outlined above. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should there be a delay to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 21 days from the date of your delivery to return your order. Please contact our customer service team to notify us that you would you like to return an item and we will advise the next steps.

Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which received. Once a return has been received at our warehouse a full refund will be processed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service.  Please allow up to 48 hours for a return to be processed through our warehouse.
